Michaels Civic Robes was created in 1995 and over the years, worked closely with Mayors and Civic officers to become the leading UK Manufacturer of Mayoral & Civic Attire and Headwear. As well as a manufacturer of specialist garments, Michaels are pleased to offer services such as refurbishments, alterations, specialist cleaning, valuations and free inspections.
Originally based in Bristol, Michaels first customer was Bristol City Council when the Mayor elect asked if Michaels could make a new Mayoral robe ready for their Mayor Making event. Throughout the years, Michaels Civic Robes have built a long-standing reputation for quality, relatability and customer service and are looking forward to building Michaels for many years to come.
