New procedures for mayoral engagements?

Has anyone written a new set of procedures and/or Risk Assessments for mayoral engagements either for accepting invitations or organising events in the current COVID-19, social distancing life we lead?
If you have, would you be willing to share with myself and other NACO members?

As socially distant Mayoral Engagements are slowly popping up I was wondering if any other authority is using their Mayoral vehicle?
So far we have asked The Mayor to arrive on his own accord - however they are now requesting to use of the vehicle.
