CIVIC CEREMONIAL 5^th EDITION by Paul Millward

• This publication, an essential read for those who work in civic office, is becoming increasingly difficult to acquire, as it is out of print. The great news is that Paul has established the copyright from the former publishers and has agreed that it can be published on the NACO website. There is a condition that it will be ‘read only’, but this generous gesture means we will all now have easy and free access. CC5 will be available on the website as soon as we sort the technical details of making it secure so it cannot be downloaded or copied but if you require an extract from it please email secretary@naco.uk.com. 

  Paul hopes to work on a 6^th edition in the coming years, which will be on sale once written, but for now make the most of the new free resource.
